Service Description

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice that flows from one pose to the next, creating a moving meditation that strengthens the body and calms the mind. Each class is thoughtfully designed for all levels, offering modifications and challenges to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a seasoned practice, Vinyasa invites you to explore movement, build resilience, and reconnect with your breath in every flow. This class is offered as a community gathering—open to all and supported by donations. If you’re able, a suggested contribution of $15 helps keep the good vibes flowing!
